All members receive a one-on-one introductory session with Leo Shveyd who develops an individualized fitness program and a customized workout for each member. This one-on-one session lasts 60-75 minutes and includes a Functional Movement Screen evaluation to assess your current movement competency, asymmetries and determination of pain as well as helping us understand where you are in terms of your current fitness level and how we can help you achieve your fitness and athletic objectives.

At Advanced Wellness, our fitness coaches then help you evolve your customized workout as you progress toward your fitness goals. This is an essential part of our model. Your training program is never static and continues to change as you move forward along the fitness continuum.

On request and at the Platinum Level of membership, we also offer one-on-one personal training to our members who need more in-depth fitness coaching or injury-related personalized supervision while working out.
