It’s easy to get started as a member at Advanced Wellness!
Just fill out our member intake form, and we’ll set up a convenient time to talk by phone to review your fitness objectives and athletic goals, overall health habits and nutrition, current workout plan and any problems or previous injuries you may have experienced.
Then we’ll conduct an introductory one-on-one session to assess your movement competency and begin to to teach you the foundations of Advanced Wellness.
Then we’ll develop a customized workout plan which will start you on your journey to a better you. You’ll use our Wellness Living App to schedule your monthly semi-private training sessions based on your level of membership. We can’t wait for you to join our community of fitness fans and athletes for your workouts.
