To supplement our private and semi-private personalized workouts, we also offer one-hour team training sessions which allow our members to work out together to build strength (Pure Strength), improve their conditioning (Afterburn) and focus even more effort on flexibility, mobility and balance (Yoga). These team training sessions are fun, energetic – and sweaty! The camaraderie and support members give each other during these sessions make them a popular option for all and you can schedule these workouts online 24-7.
