One of the ways we get to know you, and for you to get to know us is through a 15-minute “sit down” to discuss your fitness goals, current training regime and any issues you have due to injuries or special requirements for training. We will use this session to collaborate with you around your alternatives and provide our advice about the type of fitness training we believe would benefit you the most, even if it is not at Advanced Wellness. We’re happy to make referrals to other fitness operators all over the city if our program just isn’t a fit for you.
