Whether your goal is weight loss, weight gain, general increase in energy, or enhancement of sports performance, the nutritionist will work with you to identify dietary patterns that may be keeping you from reaching your target. Once specific patterns are identified, you'll learn how to alter your diet to achieve maximum health and energy benefits.
Your journey towards better nutrition begins with keeping an accurate seven day food diary. For each day, please write down the time of day and what was consumed in as much detail as possible. The more information the nutritionist has, the more thorough the session will be. Your initial one hour session includes a body composition analysis as well.
