At Advanced Wellness, we work the body in addition to the mind and spirit to give you an overall sense of well-being.  In addition to personal training, nutrition counseling and body work, we now offer pilates, acupuncture, yoga, and group classes.  We look forward to helping you feel, move, perform and look your best!

Robbi and Leo Shveyd dedicate their lives to the well-being of others. They opened Advanced Wellness in 2001 and expanded and relocated in May 2011.

Advanced Wellness is a fitness and wellness center located in the Laurel Heights neighborhood of San Francisco. Our new state of the art facility offers top-of-the-line equipment, innovative exercise tools and two large, comfortable treatment rooms.  There is truly something for everyone at Advanced Wellness.  At Advanced Wellness, you will be warmly welcomed each time you walk through the doors and feel better as you leave, after a great session.

Our beautiful indoor center is located at 2940 Geary Boulevard between Blake and Collins Streets.  Because of our prime location, we have easy access to many wonderful outdoor training areas as well, such as the Presidio, Lyon Street Stairs and a local playground.
